Living in San Antonio – we often forget our abundant history – outside of the Alamo. The U.S. National Parks operates the Missions National Park, and it is impressive. Clem decided one day to visit the furthest of the Misions – in this case, Mission Espada. So I’m presenting some photos from that visit. Another of long list of historic sites in San Antonio is Stinson Field. Stinson Field, along with Ft. Sam Houston, played a huge role in the development of aviation, and in particular, military aviation. Since we passed Stinson Field on the way to Espada, we decided to make a stop there as well.
