I don’t know why we didn’t take any town square pictures when first visiting Llano. Llano is a small, hill country village – that generally is more active than its size. Being the county seat of an area of deer hunting, wineries and lake side homes adds to the prosperous feel of this town. Other area towns – Marble Falls and Burnet all have the same things going for it and have the same feel of activity and prosperity. This is true all the way into Austin. Though you go farther west or north and its not so apparent.
