There is probably no more iconic architect than Frank Lloyd Wright. So it was a bit of a surprise to find this little jewel in Florence, Alabama. There’s a story about how this came to be, but honestly, I don’t remember. It could have been something about Mr. Wright not having many paying jobs at the time – or something like that. Or it may well have been something about the fact they already owned the land – which was very important. Original furniture – and the style! Did you notice the games in the boys’ room?
