Maybe not terribly colorful, Ponta Delgada and the Azores stand out in their black and white starkness. The streets, walkways and buildings clearly represent available building materials. Our 2nd visit to the capital of the Azores – and it is a great spot to refresh and get ready for the next 6 – 7 days at sea.
