At least the historical jail wasn’t hard to find – right next door. This lovely courthouse sits on a corner across from the town square. Actually – the front does not appears to face the square – but the square is provided a side entrance with its own columned portico. It’s obvious from the pictures that it is currently being restored – and seems a sure shot to be on my ‘Must Revisit’ list. The tower and clock are impressive as is are the front and side porticos. Look forward to coming back some day.
